Founding Collective Memberships

To mark the launch of our new structure, a limited number of Founding Collective memberships are available.

These are capped at 25 members per tier and secure a preferential rate for as long as your membership remains active.

Designed for those ready to commit to steady progress within a supportive structure.

Upton Collective Memberships

Our deeper commitment option, offering 4, 8 or Unlimited classes per month on a 12-month agreement (4-month minimum).

Ideal for those who want their practice to become part of everyday life.

Upton flow Memberships

A flexible option offering 4 or 8 classes per month on a rolling agreement (2-month minimum).

Perfect if you value structure with greater freedom.

All memberships renew automatically and are paid securely on the 1st of each month.

A 30-day notice period applies to all plans in line with their terms.

Upton Wellness is a boutique Pilates and Yoga studio offering a carefully curated rhythm of classes designed to support strength, movement and restoration.

If you are looking for Pilates or Yoga classes near you, Upton Wellness is located in Royston, our studio also provides private 1:1 therapeutic practices that help you build a consistent and supportive movement routine.

Our Weekly Rhythm

Monday – Foundation

Pilates to build strength, alignment and stability for the week ahead.

 

Tuesday – Strength & Development

A progression of classes from fundamentals through to stronger yoga practice.

 

Wednesday ( From April)  – Strength → Release

Pilates followed by Slow Flow Yoga to strengthen the body and unwind the nervous system.

 

Thursday – Dynamic Flow

A stronger Vinyasa Flow to move energy and build heat in the body.

 

Friday – Gentle Movement

Morning flow and midday Pilates for those with a more flexible schedule.

 

Saturday – Strong Start

Hatha Yoga and Pilates to begin the weekend feeling strong and grounded.

 

Sunday – Rest & Reset

Self Care Sunday sessions designed to calm the nervous system and restore balance.
