Welcome to Upton Wellness, a thoughtfully designed studio in the heart of Royston - dedicated to helping our community move with strength, balance and ease.

 

Housed within a beautiful heritage building, our studio blends timeless charm with modern functionality. With real wood flooring, graceful chandeliers and soaring ceilings, the space feels both grounding and uplifting - the perfect setting to reconnect with body and mind.

 

Our growing timetable includes Yoga, Pilates, breath work and Sound Healing, offering something for every body and every intention.

But Upton Wellness is more than just a studio - it’s a supportive community that nurtures vitality, resilience and wellbeing.

 

Whether your goal is to build strength, improve flexibility, find relaxation or create space for deeper self-care, our experienced instructors are here to guide you. Each class is designed to meet you where you are, helping you build confidence and consistency in a warm, welcoming environment.

Choosing What Is Best For You

At Upton Wellness we like to keep things simple, flexible and fair. Here’s how our pricing works:

 

Drop-In - £14

Perfect if you just want to try a class or join occasionally.

 

Class Passes - from £11/class

Buy a bundle of 5 or 10 classes and enjoy flexibility with better value than drop-ins. Great if you come once or twice a week but need flexibility.

 

Lite Membership - £75/month

Our best value option for regulars with unlimited classes - ideal if you practice twice a week or more and want to make wellness part of your routine.

 

Not sure where to start? Try a drop-in or our intro offer, then upgrade to a pass or membership once you’ve found your flow.

Each class is guided by movement professionals who believe in the transformative power of mindful practice - helping you build strength, balance and inner calm, both on and off the mat.

Saturday Mornings With Jess

“Movement is where balance begins - in body, mind, and breath.”

 

Jess brings a calm yet energising presence to Upton Wellness. With a background in both Yoga and Pilates, her classes blend mindful flow, strength, and alignment -leaving you feeling balanced, centred and recharged.

 

Her Thursday evening sessions are the perfect way to unwind and reset after a busy week, while her Friday and Saturday morning classes awaken energy, focus and flow - helping you move into your weekend feeling strong and grounded.

 

Jess’s teaching combines knowledge, care and joyful precision. Each class is designed to meet you where you are - whether you’re building strength, deepening your practice, or simply creating space to breathe and move with intention.

Thursday Evenings  Unwind & Rebalance

6pm Core & Align Mat Pilates

Strengthen your core, improve posture, and feel grounded with this focused mat Pilates class designed to build stability and ease tension.

 

7pm Flow & Release (Vinyasa Yoga)

A fluid, mindful yoga practice to release the day’s stress and restore balance. Flow through gentle sequences that move energy and calm the nervous system.

 

8pm Restorative Yoga & Meditation

Unwind completely with nurturing stretches, calming breathwork, and guided meditation. A deeply restful end to your day.

 

Friday Morning — Flow into Focus

8am Flow & Focus (Vinyasa Yoga)

An energising morning practice designed to awaken, strengthen, and ground you. Build resilience and clarity through mindful movement and breath.

 

Saturday Morning Rise & Flow

9am Rise & Flow (Vinyasa & Pranayama)

Start your weekend with uplifting flow and breathwork to awaken energy and clarity. Feel alive, centred and ready for the day ahead.

 

10am Flow & Centre (Vinyasa + Meditation)

A balanced, soulful class combining dynamic movement with stillness. Move with intention and finish grounded and at peace.

    Claire brings warmth, balance and gentle confidence to every class she teaches. Her approach to yoga is inclusive and uplifting - blending mindful movement with strength and flow to help you connect more deeply with your body and breath.

     

    At Upton Wellness, Claire offers a mix of energising and accessible classes designed to meet you exactly where you are - whether you’re beginning your yoga journey, returning after a break, or ready to build power and focus in your practice.

    Tuesday 7:30pm

    An energising and empowering practice that builds heat, strength, and flexibility through dynamic sequences. Designed to challenge both body and mind, this class will leave you feeling strong, centred and focused.

    All levels welcome.

     

    Beginners Yoga

    Wednesday 12:15pm

    Perfect for those brand new to yoga or looking to build confidence in the foundations. Learn key postures, breathing techniques, and alignment principles in a calm, supportive setting that encourages progress at your own pace.

     

    Rise & Shine Flow

    Wednesday 7:00am

    Start your day with clarity and energy. This uplifting morning flow awakens the body, clears the mind, and cultivates focus — helping you step into your day feeling refreshed and balanced.
