Royston’s New
Yoga & Pilates Studio

At Upton Wellness our growing timetable includes Yoga, Pilates, Breath work and Sound Healing, offering something for every body, every experience level, and every intention.

 

Upton Wellness is more than a studio.  It is a warm, supportive community where wellbeing, connection and vitality are nurtured with care.

 

We also offer weekly Energy Reset sessions. A guided meditation experience led by Jill, a certified hypnotherapist. These sessions help calm busy thoughts, release mental tension and give you the clarity and energetic boost you need to reset your week.

 

And from January, our calendar will expand further with beautiful Sunday Sound  Bath sessions, bringing deep rest and vibrational healing into your week.

 

In addition, we host Nutrition Presentations with Nutritional Therapist Karen Alexander-Baron. These informative, gentle sessions take place in our cosy studio setting, where you can relax on mats with bolsters and blankets while learning how to support your body through food, lifestyle and daily habits.

 

Whether you’re looking to build strength, increase flexibility, unwind deeply or create space for meaningful self-care, our experienced teachers are here to guide you. Every class is delivered with attentiveness and intention, meeting you exactly where you are and helping you grow with confidence.

Walk in classes at Upton Wellness

As our timetable grows and we welcome more wonderful teachers into the studio, we are delighted to offer walk-in spaces for selected classes.✨ Check our socials each day to see which sessions are open for walk-ins.

 

To keep the experience calm, seamless and respectful for everyone, we kindly ask:

 

✨ Arrive no more than 5 minutes before class

This allows the previous session to finish peacefully and gives students space to leave without interruption.

 

✨ Check in and complete payment before the class begins

Our team will be ready to welcome you and help you settle in.

 

✨ Please bring a small hand towel

We use premium eco mats made from natural, porous rubber.

Although they are cleaned after every class, any perspiration or natural skin oils that are not wiped immediately can leave permanent marks on this material. A small towel helps protect the mats and keeps our studio looking beautiful for everyone.

Choosing What Is Best For You

At Upton Wellness we like to keep things simple, flexible and fair. Here’s how our pricing works:

 

Drop-In - £14

Perfect if you just want to try a class or join occasionally.

 

Class Passes - from £12 per class

Buy a bundle of 5 or 10 classes and enjoy flexibility with better value than drop-ins. Great if you come once or twice a week but need flexibility.

 

Lite Membership - £85 per month

Our best value option for regulars with unlimited classes - ideal if you practice twice a week or more and want to make wellness part of your routine.

 

Not sure where to start? Try a drop-in or our intro offer, then upgrade to a pass or membership once you’ve found your flow.

Meet Our Team

At Upton Wellness, our teachers bring together years of experience, passion and heart.

Each class is guided by movement professionals who believe in the transformative power of mindful practice - helping you build strength, balance and inner calm, both on and off the mat.

Meet Olivia 

Olivia is a thoughtful, intuitive teacher whose classes are designed to help you reconnect with your body, mind and breath — and rediscover freedom through movement.

 

Based just outside London, she’s inspired by travel, art, culture and the beauty of the natural world. Her journey began in childhood, when her ballet teacher introduced her to a few yoga postures to support her training. Even then, something clicked. She was captivated by the way yoga made her feel — curious, open, steady, and deeply connected.

 

With a background in dance, Olivia developed a fascination with exploring the hidden spaces within the body — the areas where tension, emotion and untapped potential quietly live. This awareness shapes her teaching. Her classes blend alignment, breath, and mindful flow, creating space for students to feel grounded, present and gently challenged.

 

Her deeper relationship with yoga formed during a demanding chapter of life, when long hours and high pressure left her depleted and out of balance. Movement strengthened her body, but yoga restored something more precious — inner calm, clarity and resilience. It became her sanctuary.

 

Today, Olivia teaches from that same place of understanding. Her classes are an invitation to slow down, soften and reconnect — to feel rather than force, and to cultivate harmony from the inside out. Through conscious movement and breath-led flow, she guides students toward balance, healing and the quiet transformation that unfolds when you return to yourself.

Morning Flow 

 

Start your day with mindful movement and intentional breath in this energising morning yoga flow. Designed to gently awaken the body and clear the mind, this class blends grounding poses, revitalising sun salutations, and soft heart openers to boost clarity and calm.

 

Each movement flows with your breath, creating warmth and focus from the inside out. Leave feeling balanced, strong, and ready to move through your day with ease.

 

Perfect for all levels - your simple, nourishing way to rise, move and shine.

Mondays 12.30 PM

Lunchtime Flow

 

Take a mindful pause in your day with this refreshing lunchtime yoga flow. This all-levels class is designed to release tension, reset posture, and restore energy through gentle, flowing movement and breathwork.

 

Expect soothing stretches for the shoulders, neck and hips to counter desk fatigue, leaving you clear, centred, and re-energised - without breaking a full sweat.

 

A perfect midday reset to help you step back into your afternoon with a lighter body and calmer mind.

    Claire brings warmth, balance and gentle confidence to every class she teaches. Her approach to yoga is inclusive and uplifting - blending mindful movement with strength and flow to help you connect more deeply with your body and breath.

    Start your day with clarity and energy. This uplifting morning flow awakens the body, clears the mind, and cultivates focus — helping you step into your day feeling refreshed and balanced.

    Perfect for those brand new to yoga or looking to build confidence in the foundations. Learn key postures, breathing techniques, and alignment principles in a calm, supportive setting that encourages progress at your own pace.

    Meet Larisa

    Larisa brings over 12 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, supported by a degree in Physical Education and more than a decade as a fully qualified Pilates instructor.

     

    Her journey into Pilates grew from a deep belief in mindful movement and in its power to strengthen the body, restore balance and bring greater clarity to the mind.

     

    She works with clients of all ages and abilities, offering supportive, tailored sessions that focus on posture, flexibility and core strength.

     

    Larisa’s teaching style is warm, precise and steady - blending breath, control and alignment to help each person move with confidence and ease.

     

    Alongside traditional Mat Pilates, Larisa specialises in Trigger Point Pilates and rehabilitation-focused movement, supporting clients managing chronic pain, recovering from injury, or looking to improve mobility safely.

     

    Her approach is holistic and nurturing, creating a space where progress is gentle, consistent and deeply felt.

     

    Larisa’s intention is simple: to guide every client toward feeling stronger, more balanced and more connected to their overall well-being - one mindful movement at a time.

    Meet Jessica 

    'Prevent injuries, build strength, and move with confidence - that’s the power of Pilates'

    Jessica is a fully trained Pilates instructor specialising in Mat, Reformer and Pre & Postnatal Pilates.

    Jessica believes movement should feel good -  empowering, energising and uplifting - and her classes reflect that beautifully.

     

    Honouring the foundations of classical Pilates while adding her own modern, playful twist, Jessica creates sessions that feel both purposeful and enjoyable.

     

    Jess’s  teaching style is adaptive and inclusive, offering something for complete beginners through to seasoned movers.

     

    In her classes, you can expect a warm, welcoming atmosphere where you are  encouraged to move with confidence, explore your strength and stay connected to your body.

     

    Jessica brings a lightness and positivity to every session - helping you stretch, strengthen and enjoy every step of your Pilates journey.

    If you’re looking for a vibrant, uplifting way to start your day -  or a powerful reboot before the weekend  - Jessica’s morning classes are made for you.

     

    Using Pilates balls, weights, and bands, she will guide you through dynamic, feel-good sequences that awaken your strength, elevate your energy and leave you feeling toned, centred and ready for whatever the day brings.
