Workshops Coming Soon
Foundations, focus and confidence — guided by our teachers.
At Upton Wellness, workshops will be integral part of how we support your practice to grow — thoughtfully, gently and with clarity.
Each Saturday afternoon, our studio will hosts a dedicated Practice Workshop, led by one of our teachers on a rotating cycle. Each session will focuses on a specific style, discipline or theme, offering you the space to slow down, learn and deepen your understanding in a supportive environment.
Workshops are designed to bridge the gap between classes — helping you feel confident, informed and supported as your practice evolves.
In Pilates workshops, you can expect clear guidance around alignment, control, core engagement and efficient movement, with options to suit different bodies and abilities.
In Yoga workshops, sessions may explore postural alignment (asana), breath awareness (pranayama), safe modifications and mindful transitions — helping you move with greater confidence and ease.

Workshops
Do I need any experience? No — these workshops are designed to be accessible to everyone. Whether you’re completely new, returning after time away, or wanting to refine your foundations, you’ll be supported at every step.
Which workshop should I choose? Choose the practice you’re most curious about, or the one you’re currently attending on the timetable. Each workshop is led by the same teachers who guide our regular classes, helping you feel confident about where to begin or how to progress.
Are workshops suitable if I already attend classes? Absolutely. Many regular students use workshops to deepen understanding, refine technique and reconnect with the fundamentals in a supportive, unhurried way.
Will I be singled out or corrected? No. Guidance is always offered with care and consent. Options, adaptations and gentle hands-on support (where appropriate) are available — never required.
Can I attend without becoming a member? Yes. Non-members are welcome to book workshops at the standard drop-in rate. Members benefit from a reduced workshop price.
