Monday 10:45am Beginners Pilates Beginners Pilates A supportive, slower-paced Pilates class designed for those new to Pilates or returning after a break. This class focuses on learning the foundations of Pilates, improving body awareness, gentle strength-building, and developing confidence with movement and alignment. Perfect if you’re starting your Pilates journey or looking for a calm, steady practice. Monday 6:00pm Core & Alignment Pilates Core & Alignment Pilates A focused Pilates class centred on building core strength, improving posture and refining alignment. This session moves at a steady pace with more continuous sequences, offering deeper strength work and greater challenge while remaining mindful and controlled. Ideal for those with some Pilates experience who want to feel stronger, more connected and supported in their movement. Friday 12:30pm Core & Alignment Pilates Core & Alignment Pilates A strengthening Pilates class designed to improve core stability, posture and overall body balance. Expect thoughtful, flowing sequences that challenge strength and control while supporting safe, aligned movement. Best suited to those familiar with Pilates or looking to progress their practice in a calm, supportive environment.

Cancellation Policy

New Booking Policy To help us run classes smoothly and honour both our teachers’ time and our community’s experience, we kindly ask that all bookings follow the policy below. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the class start time. • Changes made within 12 hours of the class are not permitted, and the class will be deducted from your pass or charged in full. • This policy helps ensure classes can run as planned and avoids last-minute disruptions. Low Attendance • Classes with no bookings 24 hours in advance may be cancelled. • Classes with very low attendance may also be cancelled to ensure a high-quality experience for all. • You will always be notified by email if a class is cancelled. We truly appreciate your understanding and support as our timetable continues to grow. Your commitment to booking ahead helps us create a calm, reliable and welcoming studio for everyone.
