Classes are still booked in advance, but your place within the practice is already held.
You’re not starting from scratch each week — you’re returning to a familiar space, guided by teachers who know you and a timetable that supports your natural rhythm.
We’ve chosen this approach to prioritise continuity and care — for you, our members, and for the teachers who guide you — creating a calmer, more consistent studio experience for everyone.
