Sound Bath & Guided Relaxation with Nicole
What to Expect
Our Sound Bath sessions at Upton Wellness are a deeply restorative experience designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind and gently rebalance the body.
Held in our beautiful heritage studio in the heart of Royston — with its wooden floors, soft lighting and spacious, calming atmosphere — each session is carefully curated to help you fully let go and rest.
Nicole will guide you through an immersive journey of sound using Tibetan Full Moon Singing Bowls, chimes and drums, alongside gentle meditation and breathwork to support deep relaxation.
To ensure your comfort, we provide air beds, bolsters and blankets, allowing you to fully relax and settle into the experience. All you need to do is lie down, close your eyes and allow the sound to carry you.
What You’ll Feel
As the session begins, the soothing vibrations of sound help guide the brain into slower, more restorative states. This can ease mental chatter, release tension and create a profound sense of calm, clarity and balance.
Many people leave feeling lighter, grounded and deeply relaxed — often reporting improved sleep and a renewed sense of wellbeing long after the session has ended.

Do I need experience to attend? No experience is needed. You simply lie down, get comfortable and allow the sound to wash over you. Many people find Sound Baths more accessible than traditional meditation.
What might I feel during a Sound Bath? Experiences vary. Some people feel deeply relaxed or sleepy, others notice emotional release, clarity or gentle sensations in the body. All responses are normal.
What should I bring? Please wear comfortable clothing and bring layers or a blanket if you tend to feel cool. Mats, bolsters and blankets are provided.

How will I feel afterwards? Most people leave feeling calmer, lighter and more grounded. We recommend drinking water and allowing some quiet time afterwards if possible.
