Jill first discovered hypnotherapy over 15 years ago and used it to create powerful personal change  including a complete transformation of her self-worth and wellbeing, which naturally led to losing three stone.

She is passionate about the effectiveness and gentleness of hypnotherapy, combining neuroscience, ancient wisdom and Nature connectedness to guide others toward deep and lasting transformation.

 

Her clients receive a solution-focused blend of hypnotherapy and mindfulness techniques designed to help them harness their inner power, release self-doubt and make meaningful shifts in every area of life.

Jill brings a grounded, practical approach, drawing on her background in project management to ensure each client’s plan is clear, structured and focused.

The Weekly Reset Sessions.
 
Guided meditation and hypnotherapy to give you a clear mind and energy boost.

Is your mind full of open tabs? These sessions are designed to help you gently close them.

 

Each week, Jill leads a restorative 75-minute session combining guided meditation and hypnotherapy — a weekly massage for your central nervous system. You’ll learn to switch off, rebalance and recharge, leaving with a calm mind and a clear sense of direction for the week ahead.

What to Expect

Each session begins with a grounding meditation, followed by a short introduction to that week’s focus theme. You’ll then settle into a deeply relaxing guided meditation where Jill uses gentle hypnosis techniques to strengthen positive pathways in the brain.

 

You’ll leave feeling rested, refreshed, and ready to start the week with renewed clarity and energy.

 

What to Bring

Please wear comfortable layers. All you need will be provided — soft blankets, supportive cushions, and refreshments to help you ease into the evening.
