She is passionate about the effectiveness and gentleness of hypnotherapy, combining neuroscience, ancient wisdom and Nature connectedness to guide others toward deep and lasting transformation.

Each week, Jill leads a restorative 75-minute session combining guided meditation and hypnotherapy — a weekly massage for your central nervous system. You’ll learn to switch off, rebalance and recharge, leaving with a calm mind and a clear sense of direction for the week ahead.

What to Expect
Each session begins with a grounding meditation, followed by a short introduction to that week’s focus theme. You’ll then settle into a deeply relaxing guided meditation where Jill uses gentle hypnosis techniques to strengthen positive pathways in the brain.
You’ll leave feeling rested, refreshed, and ready to start the week with renewed clarity and energy.
What to Bring
Please wear comfortable layers. All you need will be provided — soft blankets, supportive cushions, and refreshments to help you ease into the evening.

What is guided meditation with hypnotherapy? These sessions combine guided relaxation, visualisation and gentle hypnotherapy techniques to support calm, clarity and emotional reset. You remain aware and in control throughout.
Will I lose control or be hypnotised? No. Hypnotherapy is not mind control. You are always aware, able to move, and free to stop at any time. These sessions simply guide the mind into a deeply relaxed, receptive state.
Do I need experience with meditation? Not at all. These sessions are ideal for beginners and for those who find traditional meditation difficult. You’ll be guided every step of the way.
What might I feel during the session? Many people experience deep relaxation, mental clarity, emotional release or a sense of calm focus. Some people drift in and out of awareness — all experiences are welcome.
Is this therapy? These sessions are therapeutic in nature but are not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment. They are designed to support wellbeing, nervous system regulation and self-awareness.
