We keep our booking process simple, calm and fair for everyone.

This page is here to clearly outline how bookings work, so you can focus on your practice — not the logistics.

FAQ’s

Do I need to create an account to book a class? Yes. To book classes at Upton Wellness you’ll first need to create a simple account through our booking platform Bsport. This allows you to purchase memberships, trials or drop-in passes and manage your bookings easily. Creating an account only takes a moment and ensures you can book, reschedule or cancel classes within the required notice period.

Can beginners attend classes? Absolutely. Many of our classes are suitable for beginners, and our teachers always offer guidance and variations where needed. If you’re new to Pilates or Yoga, you’re very welcome. Our classes are designed to support you in building strength, mobility and confidence at your own pace.

How do memberships work? Memberships provide a consistent rhythm of practice each month. You can choose from memberships offering 4, 8 or unlimited classes, allowing you to build a regular practice that supports your strength, movement and wellbeing. Memberships are billed monthly and give you access to the weekly class timetable.

How do I choose the right class? Each class description on the timetable provides guidance on the style and level of the session. If you’re unsure where to begin, the 14-day unlimited trial is a wonderful way to explore different classes and discover what feels best for your body.

When should I arrive? To keep the studio calm and spacious: Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before class This allows the previous session to finish peacefully and avoids crowding

Caring for our studio space Please bring a small hand towel to place on your mat if you perspire We use premium eco mats made from natural rubber, which can mark if moisture isn’t wiped immediately Mats and props are cleaned after every class Thank you for helping us care for the studio so it remains a beautiful space for everyone.

Can I attend without a membership? Yes. If you prefer more flexibility, you can purchase a drop-in class pass. This allows you to book individual sessions through the timetable without committing to a membership.

What is the cancellation policy? If you need to cancel a class, we ask for 48 hours notice so that the space can be offered to another member. Late cancellations or missed classes may result in the class being deducted from your pass or membership allowance.

What should I bring to class? All equipment is provided in the studio, including mats and props. You may wish to bring: comfortable clothing you can move in water a light layer for relaxation at the end of class.

Which class should I start with if I’m new? If you’re new to the studio, we recommend beginning with a gentle or foundational class where you can move at a comfortable pace and become familiar with the practice. Our teachers always offer guidance and variations so you can work at the level that feels right for your body. Many members begin with the 14-day unlimited trial, which allows you to explore different classes and discover what suits you best.

Do I need to be flexible or experienced to attend? Not at all. Our classes are designed to support people at many different stages of their movement journey. Flexibility and strength develop naturally through regular practice. You are encouraged to move in a way that feels supportive for your body, and our teachers will guide you throughout the class.
