Our timetable is thoughtfully designed to support strength, balance and deep rest — with Yoga, Pilates and wellness sessions running throughout the week. Whether you’re starting your day with movement or unwinding in the evening, we have a class to meet you where you are.

At Upton Wellness we’re committed to creating a calm, respectful and beautifully maintained space for everyone. To help us keep the studio peaceful and our equipment in excellent condition, we kindly ask:
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your class.
This allows the previous session to finish without interruption and gives everyone time to settle comfortably.
Please remove outdoor shoes at the door and keep mobile phones on silent to preserve the quiet atmosphere.
Please bring a small hand towel for your practice.
Our eco mats are made from natural, porous rubber and are wonderfully grounding for practice but sensitive to sweat and natural skin oils. Any moisture left on the mat can mark the material, even after cleaning.
To protect them, please use your towel during class and wipe down your mat with the provided spray and wipes before you leave your space.
Your care really does help us maintain a clean, fresh and uplifting environment for the whole community.

Class Minimum & Cancellations While We Grow
As our timetable settles into its natural rhythm, some classes are filling quickly while others are still finding their flow. To support our teachers and keep the studio running smoothly, we kindly operate with a minimum of 3 bookings per class.
To ensure clarity for everyone:
Cancellation Timings
Morning classes (before 12pm):
If fewer than 3 people are booked by 7pm the evening before, the class may be cancelled.
Lunchtime classes (12–2pm):
If fewer than 3 bookings by 9am on the day, the class may be cancelled.
Evening classes:
If fewer than 3 people are booked by 7pm the evening before, the class may be cancelled.
If a class is cancelled
We will contact you directly to offer a transfer or credit to your class pass or a refund to any drop in that has been pre paid — whichever works best for you.
How you can support the studio
Booking your classes in advance (when you can) helps us run sessions confidently and continue expanding the timetable as we grow into the new year.
