Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a deeply restorative and calming practice designed to help the body soften and the mind slow down.
Using longer-held, supported postures, this class works gently into the deeper layers of the body to support flexibility, joint mobility and nervous system regulation. Props are used throughout the practice to create comfort and allow the body to fully relax into each posture.
This slower style of yoga encourages stillness, mindfulness and deep rest — offering space to pause, release tension and reconnect with yourself.
