A quiet pause in the middle of your day — space to soften, release, and reset.
This slow, deeply nourishing class is designed to help you step out of the pace of the day and reconnect to your body through stillness, breath, and supported movement.
Combining elements of Yin and Restorative yoga, you’ll be guided into gentle, longer-held postures using props, allowing the body to gradually release tension and the nervous system to settle.
As the muscles soften, the practice works more deeply through the joints and connective tissue — supporting mobility, circulation, and a sense of ease throughout the body.
This class is suitable for all levels, including those feeling tired, overwhelmed, or in need of a slower, more restorative approach to movement.
Aline’s teaching style is calm, intuitive and deeply supportive, creating a space where you can fully relax, let go, and move at your own pace without pressure.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and gently reset — ready to return to your day with a clearer mind and a softer body.
Aline will also be guiding elevated Yin and Restorative sessions as part of our Self Care Sundays — offering a deeper, more immersive experience designed to support full relaxation and nervous system reset. These extended sessions create space to slow down more fully, unwind both physically and mentally, and reconnect to your body in a calm, supportive environment. Also available to book using membership credits for Founding and Unlimited members.

Aline's teaching is calm, intuitive and deeply restorative - creating a space where you can slow down, soften and fully switch off. Through gentle, supported movement and stillness, to will be guided to release tension, settle your nervous system and reconnect to your body in a quiet, nourishing way.
