A strength-focused Pilates class designed to help you build deep, functional strength and feel more confident in your body.


This class blends traditional mat Pilates with progressive strength-based movement, creating a class that challenges you in a supportive and structured way. You’ll work with your own bodyweight, alongside props, to develop core strength, improve stability, and support overall alignment.


Expect controlled, intentional sequences that build over time — combining strength, mobility and endurance to support how your body moves both in and outside of the studio.


This class is suitable for all levels. Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to progress your practice, Lucy offers clear guidance and thoughtful progressions, allowing you to move at your own pace while continuing to build strength and control.


The teaching style is warm, encouraging and precise, creating a space where you feel supported, challenged, and confident to grow.


A consistent practice here leads to stronger movement, better posture, and a deeper connection to your body.
