Monday 10:45am — Beginners Pilates

A slower-paced, supportive class designed for those new to Pilates or returning after time away.

The focus is on building strong foundations — developing body awareness, learning key movements, and introducing gentle strength in a way that feels manageable and clear.

You’ll be guided step by step, helping you feel more confident, stable, and connected in your body.

A calm and steady place to begin, or to return to.


Friday 12:30pm — Core & Alignment Pilates

A strengthening, more progressive class focused on improving core stability, posture and overall body alignment.

Expect controlled, flowing sequences that build strength and challenge coordination, while still maintaining a calm and supportive pace.

Ideal if you’re familiar with Pilates or ready to develop your practice further, with guidance that helps you move safely, effectively and with greater control.

Larisa's teaching is calm, precise and deeply supportive - helping you build strength with control, improve alignment and move with greater awareness. Her approach creates, focused space where you can develop confidence in your movement and feel guided every step of the way.
