Energy Reset Yoga

A restorative midweek reset combining movement, breathwork and mindfulness to help recharge both body and mind.
Blending Hatha and Vinyasa-inspired practices, this class supports nervous system regulation, emotional balance and renewed energy through mindful movement and yogic breath practices.
Open to all levels and perfect if you’re feeling mentally busy, physically tense or simply in need of space to reset and restore.
